Decided not to wait for the VW dealer to find a date to investigate the problem, then find a date to complete the work. A1 Derby looked at the car immediately, diagnosed the problem, offered a courtesy car there and then, and had the car ready just over 3 hours later. It was quick and efficient and am very confident the cost was much lower than using a main dealer. Good warranty and free check up schedule. I would highly recommend using this clutch specialist for a fast and efficient service. Well done Derby.

Having brought my son’s car to A1 Clutches Cannock, to have a new clutch a couple of weeks ago and being very pleased with the job and service provided, I did not hesitate to bring my car to be fitted with a new clutch. A1 were very accommodating and at short notice, carried out a clutch replacement. They were polite and helpful, providing a professional service at a reasonable price. Very helpful and friendly. I have a 15 year old Picanto - it was getting tough to change gears at times - I thought it was the gearbox - took it in the A1 Clutches - they said probably needs a new clutch, gearbox has life in it still. With new clutch installed the car drives so much better. One very happy driver :)

The clutch was slipping on my Yaris so I decided it was best to get it fixed before I got stranded . I was recommended this company by JB Transport (Jacksdale) so booked it in and got a slot for 2 days later. The service was excellent and Tony the manager communicated very well.I arrived at 8 am and got a call at 1 pm from Tony saying the car was ready. The car drives like new and my worries are gone.What more can I say ? !!
