I recently had a clutch from Tipton branch on my Astra. I used A1 clutches as I had used them a good while ago and remembered they give you good warranty and they offer great customer service. Price was confirmed before job was carried out so there was no nasty surprises. I was called by a polite man who updated me when the vehicle would be ready. I recently went back for my 500 mile check and again a polite man who looked like the manager dealt with me I just wish i got his name as he was so helpful! He was also helpful with another problem I had recently had which was nothing to do with my clutch but he listened and advised me. From my experience A1 clutches treat their customers with upmost respect and I will not use anywhere else now as very happy with friendly service.

My car broke down on the M6 near Rugby and the AA recovery guy and Quick Fit Rugby garage both checked my car and they told me I need to replace the clutch. I got quotes for replacing the clutch from more than 20 garages in Rugby and Coventry and surrounding areas, they all gave me quotes between £500 to £600 for replacing my clutch
I found A1 Clutches on the internet and I called Birmingham Branch and spoke with their manager Steve, he offered me that job for £210 including VAT and he also helped me to arrange my car from Rugby to Birmingham as I am living to Hertfordshire a long distance from Birmingham.
He and His team fixed my car within a few hours, other garages told me to replaces the slave cylinder but he told me it did not need replacing, so they are also honest and they are providing the best services within the time limit with very reasonable price so they are highly recommended.

Very helpful and friendly. I have a 15 year old Picanto - it was getting tough to change gears at times - I thought it was the gearbox - took it in the A1 Clutches - they said probably needs a new clutch, gearbox has life in it still. With new clutch installed the car drives so much better. One very happy driver :)
The clutch was slipping on my Yaris so I decided it was best to get it fixed before I got stranded . I was recommended this company by JB Transport (Jacksdale) so booked it in and got a slot for 2 days later. The service was excellent and Tony the manager communicated very well.I arrived at 8 am and got a call at 1 pm from Tony saying the car was ready. I got changed clutch and flywheel of my Audi A3 from A1 clutches Tipton. I would recommend them to all. They are the best. They gave me same day appointment and changed clutch and flywheel in 4 hours. They provided me courtesy car as well. Simran gave me best customer service.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Staff were courteous , honest and polite at all times. I was sent a video detailing the works and quoted a very reasonable price. I have collected the vehicle and driven and it’s like driving a new car! If I could give more stars I would absolutely brilliant would recommend 100 percent to any customers with vehicle issues.
