I have only good things to say about A1 Clutches Tipton. Rik it’s one of the most professional persons I’ve ever met in my life. Got my quote straight away, appointment next morning, free test drive and a lot of advices about the car. You very rarely see such a devoted person for work and help people. I highly recommend these guys that they do an amazing job and they know what they are doing. And on top of that after checking 6-10 other garages gave me the best price that I was shocked about and 2 years warranty

Took my car to the Digbeth branch as I had a problem with the clutch and a grinding noise, the guys diagnosed the clutch had gone within about 5 mins which I knew to be the case in all fairness but was unsure about the noise. The friendly and approachable store manager told me to bring it in the next morning for further diagnosis and replaced the clutch, flywheel and Slave Cylinder all within the space of about 5 hours.

I Googled the price of all parts and average cost of repairs and I can honestly say the repair bill was more than reasonable given I saved £125 off forum prices. What pleased me most though is that whatever company I try to do business with they always manage to mess something up but not A1 clutches, they sorted the problem, no messing and the car feels good as new!

The service I received from A1 Clutches was first class from start to finish. I had my clutch replaced, slave cylinder, master cyclinder and dual mass fly wheel replaced. I had my car collected and checked and on Friday morning at 7am I received a call regarding the parts and labour price, by 1.00pm my car was done and sorted. This was quick and effective. I would highly recommend A1 Clutches to anybody. Once again thank you to Rick and the team

My Fiesta 05 plate needed a new clutch and slave cylinder.
Had to get breakdown to tow the car to A1 Clutches. This garage was recommended by my local garage for clutch repair, and also by the recovery driver – I’m all for recommendations. Sure enough, the service was excellent – quick, professional and informed at a fair price. My only slight quibble is having to remember to get back to the garage at set mileage intervals to get a ‘stamp’ to ensure the clutch warranty is not invalidated. I will certainly be recommending A1 Clutches to others, and IMO that’s the best way to build a successful business.
