Accomplished and professional service

My Fiesta 05 plate needed a new clutch and slave cylinder.
Had to get breakdown to tow the car to A1 Clutches. This garage was recommended by my local garage for clutch repair, and also by the recovery driver – I’m all for recommendations. Sure enough, the service was excellent – quick, professional and informed at a fair price. My only slight quibble is having to remember to get back to the garage at set mileage intervals to get a ‘stamp’ to ensure the clutch warranty is not invalidated. I will certainly be recommending A1 Clutches to others, and IMO that’s the best way to build a successful business.

Great value and great service could not fault the team at a1 clutches very speedy service and everything fully explained will not hesitate to take any of the families cars back in the future should they require anything doing

These guys are very helpful friendly and provide an amazing service, within half an hour of contacting them my car was in having the brake pads and discs replaced, amazing service would highly recommend and will certainly be using again and recommending to everyone

My car broke down and was recovered and repaired by quotations via the AA recovery . AI Clutches provided great, honest and efficient repair service by Steve and his team and I collected my car the next day .

However I had to bring my car back because something was still not right. with my car Steve reassured me that something else was wrong with the car and carried out further tests and found a further very costly problem !! He advised me of a solution but unfortunately two days later my car broke down with the exact problem he told advised me about

A1 clutches have repaired my car on 3 occasions and each time they have been honest, very competitive, professional and very thorough. In fact on the most recent occasion I called in at 7.30am on the off chance that my car could be looked at maybe the next day, however Rik fitted me in straight away and also gave me a courtesy car without any hassle or trouble. They also kept me informed throughout the process of the repair (the replacement of 2 wheel bearings).

What a refreshing garage service this is in my 30+ years of driving (and, with that ,comes car trouble and repairs). This is the best service I have ever received. This business model from the cost to the customer service should be the bench mark for the rest of the industry.
