Great service

Used A1 Clutches for the first time and really pleased with the quality of service and price, will be using them in future, really helpful pleasant staff, would recommend to anyone looking for a new clutch.

After 10 years of taking cars to A1 Clutches we have never had course to go back with any kind of complaint, just my luck, the first time a clutch needed a second look at it was my own car, only to find I was 6000 miles past warranty inspection, but A1 Clutches being the first class company they are, ignored this fact and attended to me immediately and I was back on the road in 30 minutes , with no charge.

After seeing a recommendation on an MG/Rover discussion forum, I left my 2006 MG ZT+ with the Birmingham branch, explaining my concerns over some cold juddering when using the clutch. I trusted A1 to dismantle, assess and replace the clutch and associated gubbins. I was pleased to get a call later saying that the car had been test driven 3 times and A1 did not feel that there was a clutch problem so felt it inappropriate to take it apart.
I am sure I am not alone in fearing that I might be taken advantage of, with unnecessary work being carried out, so to have none at all done when I had given the green light to proceed was a delight! Cheers, gents 🙂
