Excellent Service A+++++++++

Big thank you to Steve who within a day of contacting him arranged for my car to be recovered as the clutch had gone, he managed to fit it in that day and ready for me to be picked up in the evening. They highlighted a couple of minor issues with no pressure to get them sorted, he made you feel confident the work they had just done was genuine and I can only say the clutch feels great with no impression its likely to fail again, as I have had in the past with other repairers.

It was the most competitive quote I found, Steve came across as a really helpful genuine person. I had been a mechanic myself for a lot of years but age as caught me up, but I can honestly say this is the first repair shop I have been to that I feel the work carried out was genuine and of a very high standard.

I still get many people who ask me to recommend somewhere they can get the car repaired and have always been hesitant due to my own experience but not anymore A1 will be first choice.
Pity there were not more genuine repair shops like this around even the reception area is top notch giving a great first impression.

I am not one to write reviews on sites but this company has amazingly stunned me with excellent customer service which is the reason why I am writing this review.

I went down to A1 clutches on 05/06/2015 at 2:30pm to get my clutch sorted as I thought there may be a fault and it would need changing. I spoke to Steve over the phone regarding my issues he then told me to bring it in for a check.

I took my car down to A1 clutches and spoke to Steve. He got his colleague Scott to check the car. Scott checked my clutch and told me it was fine and there were no issues with it.

To find a honest garage in this day and age I thought was impossible. There are a lot of scammers out there. However, A1 clutches in Birmingham have proved that it is possible to find an honest garage. They are now going to be my number 1 garage for the future and I highly recommended them to others.
