Fantastic all-round! I contacted A1 Clutches, Digbeth, on a Sunday, leaving a message for a quote for my BMW 320D Touring. Steve returned my call first thing on Monday morning, giving me an exact quote, where they were located, how long it was likely to take, in addition to possible options while I was waiting for the job to be done.
I decided after a little shopping around, that I would take it to A1 Digbeth as Steve had been so efficient and other reviews were excellent.
I made exactly the correct choice! I arrived at 08:30 and Steve made sure I was next in line for the job as booked. I asked where I might find a place nearby to get a drink and do some work on my laptop while waiting. He replied with a couple of ideas, including staying in the A1 Clutched reception area… Hmmm… Well well when I saw the red leather sofas, numerous power sockets, the fact that I could access internet… and they organised a cup of coffee for me immediately!
The area was clean, smart and the whole team that I met friendly and helpful. I noted that Steve went out of his way to ensure that customers were never left with problems to either park, or collect their cars; they were kept informed of progress and all in a polite manner.
My car was completed before estimated time, all receipts and guarantees prepared promptly, free interval checks recommended and ready for me to drive away in clean condition.
I’m not easily impressed by many services this days, but this was OUTSTANDING! Most importantly, my car drives perfectly again!
