Had the best experience with A1 Clutches – took my car for a new gearbox and clutch on Saturday and it was sorted by Monday. After a few weeks, it seemed that I was still experiencing the same issues so I took it back to the garage Ashley fitted another brand new gearbox and clutch, free of charge.
Just after I picked my car up the second time my gearbox appeared to stop working again so I called the garage and Ashley came out to me straight away, test drove it himself and then let me drive it to make sure that it was definitely working.
All in all, turns out the way it was being driven was the problem not the parts and it drives perfectly now after I was shown how to handle it. Ashley had so much patience and he was so lovely and friendly about everything – nothing was ever too much trouble. Best experience with a garage by far!
