Had a new clutch, I called a few garages and A1 Clutches were the best price and had very good reviews, they fitted my car in very quickly, they had it done in no time. They went through everything with me and explained it very well, told me a few other bits about my car, eg other problems. very friendly guys, thanx again guys.

My first contact with A1 clutches was a call from Rick. He was responding to an email I had sent the previous evening. Rick was informative, knowledgeable, confident and professional. He was able to answer all my questions to my satisfaction. He offered me a quote which I decided to go ahead with.

I was warmly greeted at reception. Rick came out to speak with me too. Which I thought was a nice touch. I had never heard of A1 Clutches before it I felt confident in leaving my favourite vehicle in their hands.

Rick did everything he said he would do in our initial conversation, kept me updated regularly and more importantly the vehicle was ready on time . All in all I would go back to the Tipton depot without any hesitation and would recommend the Tipton depot to my friends or anyone else.

Happy with the service, reasonable cost easy to deal with. Everything explained clearly they give a year/18000-mile warranty on the clutch, as long as you have it checked periodically. A negative poster used the warranty on the clutch as a sign of poor workmanship and shoddy parts. This person clearly does not read much a about warranties. A lot of manufactures do not cover clutches on new cars. As they see them as consumable and do not include them their warranties, as the life span of the clutch depends a lot on driving style. So the fact they are willing to stand by their work for 18000miles/year is a positive. Thank you Chris and the Birmingham Branch.

Fantastic service from the Derby branch. Sent online enquiry and first thing the next morning they responded with a quote better than the dealership. Was booked in for the following day. It needs more work doing but they responded quickly and all done in one day. Excellent service and now I can put my foot down without being a slow coach on the local hills.
