exceptional service

Called at 8.30am on a Saturday morning to ask for a quote as my clutch went on Friday night. spoke to a lovely man Darren he said he would raise a quote and call me back. 5 mins later call back with a really reasonable quote he said he might even be able to fit me in same day if not Monday. We took the car in an hour later and said to wait a call. I recived a call at 1.30 to say it’s finished new clutch and it’s ready to collect. This is beyond exceptional service for a Saturday with no appointment. Car runs perfect and got a 2 year warranty. Thanks A1 Cannock!!

I called them Wednesday evening, got in for the next day, most helpful service ever young Jason cups of coffee and so polite, and cris and another man were great would recommend everyone to use this service could not have had beta service, we also had a small baby with us even that was not sniffed at sooo well done to all the staff and thank you.

Rang at short notice, fitted me in straight away. New clutch and dmf fitted and picked the car up later the same day, all done!. Very happy with the prompt service and friendly staff, a great service all round

I have a pretty old car that frequently needs the odd part fixing and thus I have been to numerous garages and in one way or another, either been ripped off or had to come back because the issue remained.

However I am super happy that I found a garage I can finally trust “A1-clutches”, because the price is super competitive, almost half that of other garages and the work they do is of top quality. To top it off the customer service provided by Tony is excellent as he advises of the most cost effective way to repair instead of just charging the maximum price, top geezer.
