Reflecting on 2020 and looking ahead to 2021

As 2020 draws to a close, we reflect on the year and look ahead to 2021

2020 has been a strange year and the worldwide pandemic has had far reaching implications as it permeates every fibre of our society. No one envisaged at the start of the year that it would end in such restrictive circumstances.

At A1 Clutches we have weathered the ups and downs of the year and wherever possible our branches remained open to assist key workers by ensuring that their vehicles were roadworthy and they travelled safely to and from their place of work.

Our staff have been diligent in putting safety measures in place and working to the government guidelines and we have continued to offer our services to both regular customers and new.

2020 represented our 30th year in business and A1 Clutches have come a long way from the day that our CEO, Amrik Singh, opened his first site. Amrik was only 18 when he dreamt of having his own business and A1 Clutches was born. Fast forward to today and the family business has a multi-million-pound turnover and continues to grow.

A1 Clutches has been nominated for many prestigious awards, including the latest presentation of ‘Clutch Specialist of the Year’ from the industry leader, Corporate Vision Magazine.

Our social media giveaways were popular in 2020 and many visitors to our pages benefitted from Amazon Vouchers to spend as they please.

Our staff all joined in with the #A1ClutchesXmasJumper Day by wearing their favourite Christmas jumpers to work.

The experience of Lockdown has been an awakening and for many, life may never go back to how it was before, with more and more people adapting their lives to a new routine.

On behalf of Amrik Singh and his family everyone at A1 Clutches wishes all our customers, their families and friends a safe and happy passage through this difficult journey and we look forward to 2021 and hopefully returning to a freer, healthier world.
