The response to my emergency of 31-03-2021 was hugely impressive. A courtesy car was provided and the gear linkage problem on my car was fixed by the next morning. Becky (Assistant Manager) was very customer service focused, professional, efficient and personable. My gear change still feels stiffer than originally but I suspect it will bed in as the new cables are worked in. A one year guarantee provides peace of mind should it need to return for further advice. An excellent company to do business with. Thank you to everyone.

My clutch had worn out and needed replacing, A1 checked it for free and quoted me a great price with warranty and replaced the clutch in the same day. Fantastic service. Highly recommend.

Great experience and service provides by Steve and his staff over the past few days. My car had broken down and it was taken to A1 Clutches to replace the clutch. Very helpful and friendly. I have a 15 year old Picanto - it was getting tough to change gears at times - I thought it was the gearbox - took it in the A1 Clutches - they said probably needs a new clutch, gearbox has life in it still. With new clutch installed the car drives so much better. One very happy driver :)
The clutch was slipping on my Yaris so I decided it was best to get it fixed before I got stranded . I was recommended this company by JB Transport (Jacksdale) so booked it in and got a slot for 2 days later. The service was excellent and Tony the manager communicated very well.I arrived at 8 am and got a call at 1 pm from Tony saying the car was ready. I got changed clutch and flywheel of my Audi A3 from A1 clutches Tipton. I would recommend them to all. They are the best. They gave me same day appointment and changed clutch and flywheel in 4 hours. They provided me courtesy car as well. Simran gave me best customer service.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Staff were courteous , honest and polite at all times. I was sent a video detailing the works and quoted a very reasonable price. I have collected the vehicle and driven and it’s like driving a new car! If I could give more stars I would absolutely brilliant would recommend 100 percent to any customers with vehicle issues.
