I was very satisfied with the service I received from the Cannock branch. I had a problem with the new clutch 1 year after I had it fitted. I went back to the garage and they fitted a new one they also offered me a replacement car while they did it. They were very pleasant with me and i’m a grumpy old bird.

Had a slipping clutch in my 2001 Fiesta. Phoned up first thing Monday morning, was told to bring it down straight away. Quoted me nearly half the cost that another reputable garage would have charged.

Dropped the car at 9:30am. Got a phone call half an hour later from Steve who informed me that they had already got the gearbox off and that the clutch would indeed need replacing. Changed the slave cylinder at the same time upon recommendation as the other was leaking. Still very cheap compared to others.

Got another phone call at 3pm, job finished. Collected the car at 5pm. Drives like a new car!
