Outstanding service from Tony and the staff at the Derby branch. Drop car off with Tony at 8.30am this morning and was given a courtesy car immediately.
The clutch and flywheel were replaced in record time and I collected the car at 1.30pm…..only 5 hours to do a job which BMW say they need 3 days to complete. The staff are pleasant, courteous and very helpful and from driving the car home are also very skilled at what they do. In addition the warranty that they supply for the work done appears very good including 4 free checks for the next 12 months at various intervals.
I will not hesitate to recommend A1 Clutches in Derby to friends and relatives in the future.

I have to say the team at A1 Clutches cannock could not have been more helpful. Firstly after checking with several garages the price I was quoted for replacing the the clutch only 2004 Vivaro they were the cheapest by over £100. the work was completed extremely quickly and efficiently. After returning with what I thought was a clutch problem the team diagnosed a faulty repair that had been carried out on the wiring loom then sourced the parts and fixed it for me. They could not have been more helpful and the van is running perfectly again. Fantastic job carried out by a great team i can not recommend them highly enough. Thank you Guys brilliant job.
Broke down last Thursday (18/2/16) with what seemed to be a clutch problem, spoke to A1 Cannock branch who put me in touch with someone who could get the van towed to them at a very reasonable price the following morning, so they could look into the problem. By Friday afternoon the problem was diagnosed as clutch, drive shaft and dual mass flywheel failure, which left me wondering how much and how long would I be without the van for, as its a work vehicle its used all the time. To my amazement they were able to get all the parts and have the work completed by the next day, while doing a very satisfactory price!

Very helpful and friendly. I have a 15 year old Picanto - it was getting tough to change gears at times - I thought it was the gearbox - took it in the A1 Clutches - they said probably needs a new clutch, gearbox has life in it still. With new clutch installed the car drives so much better. One very happy driver :)
The clutch was slipping on my Yaris so I decided it was best to get it fixed before I got stranded . I was recommended this company by JB Transport (Jacksdale) so booked it in and got a slot for 2 days later. The service was excellent and Tony the manager communicated very well.I arrived at 8 am and got a call at 1 pm from Tony saying the car was ready. The car drives like new and my worries are gone.What more can I say ? !!

I got changed clutch and flywheel of my Audi A3 from A1 clutches Tipton. I would recommend them to all. They are the best. They gave me same day appointment and changed clutch and flywheel in 4 hours. They provided me courtesy car as well. Simran gave me best customer service.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Staff were courteous , honest and polite at all times. I was sent a video detailing the works and quoted a very reasonable price. I have collected the vehicle and driven and it’s like driving a new car! If I could give more stars I would absolutely brilliant would recommend 100 percent to any customers with vehicle issues.

Toyota aygo semi automatic .. clutch replacement….
