Took car in at 8.00 am. Courtesy car was waiting for me. 11.30 recived a phone call, Clutch replaced. Extremely satisfied with price, Great Customer Service. Would recommend to anyone.
I thought my mini needed a clutch as the bitting point seemed high, Booked it in at the Birmingham branch. On arrival I noticed that they also service vehicles. Ten minutes after dropping the car off I got a call saying the clutch was fine and did not need to be done and that two engineers had test drove it and said that is the norm for a minis clutch peddle. I did read the reviews before booking but was shocked by this companies honesty. Who better to trust with my car than this company so I said while my car has been booked in I would like you to do the major service instead and that also was not a problem. .
What a great bunch restored faith in mechanics.

Took my Vauxhall Vivaro in this morning at 9.30am Clutch & Slave cylinder replaced and was ready to collect by 1pm! Excellent service from start to finish and very competitive prices! Even checked it over and topped levels up for me free of charge!! Can’t recommend enough!
I broke down on Christmas Day on the M5 as my gear box packed in! After an RAC rescue, I phoned A1 Clutches on Boxing Day and got the wonderful Yvonne who began organising support for me. Pete collected my car the next day and took it off to the garage and Yvonne put me in touch with Kelly. Both gave amazing service – absolutely above and beyond the call of duty! A free courtesy car for a few days as garages to obtain gear boxes were shut over the Christmas Bank Holidays and yet I had to drive back to Gloucestershire! and really valuable advice and support in getting hold of a second hand gear box so I did not spend too much money on an old car.
Nothing was too much trouble for them, and when I collected the car, they had left the inside so clean and tidy it was better than the condition I had handed it over to them! And when I got home, Kelly had made a courtesy call to check I was happy with how the car drove and had got home safely. Really grateful – and glad this was the repair place I called!

I went to A1 Clutches in Derby after having an emergency late on a Friday afternoon. They were really helpful and looked at the car straight away. They supplied and fitted a clutch kit and CSC. It was done by Monday mid-morning with no fuss and they communicated with me along the way. They apologised for not getting it done Saturday but I thought they were super quick getting it done by Monday. I would highly recommend A1.

I was notified that the gearbox was also not working properly and it would be advisable to get this fixed soon. Very helpful and friendly. I have a 15 year old Picanto - it was getting tough to change gears at times - I thought it was the gearbox - took it in the A1 Clutches - they said probably needs a new clutch, gearbox has life in it still. With new clutch installed the car drives so much better. One very happy driver :)
The clutch was slipping on my Yaris so I decided it was best to get it fixed before I got stranded . I was recommended this company by JB Transport (Jacksdale) so booked it in and got a slot for 2 days later. The service was excellent and Tony the manager communicated very well.I arrived at 8 am and got a call at 1 pm from Tony saying the car was ready. I got changed clutch and flywheel of my Audi A3 from A1 clutches Tipton. I would recommend them to all. They are the best. They gave me same day appointment and changed clutch and flywheel in 4 hours. They provided me courtesy car as well. Simran gave me best customer service.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Staff were courteous , honest and polite at all times. I was sent a video detailing the works and quoted a very reasonable price. I have collected the vehicle and driven and it’s like driving a new car! If I could give more stars I would absolutely brilliant would recommend 100 percent to any customers with vehicle issues.
