I was quoted £300-£400 without VAT to fit a clutch for my daughters Mini where I was actually supplying the clutch, that price was too expensive, it was almost half price with A1 clutches.
The first initial call to A1 Clutches was courteous and I was quoted a price that was consistent with the final bill, the clutch fitting turnaround time was truly amazing, about 90 mins, they even towed the car for a fantastic rate.
They will be my first port of call for future car maintenance from now on, I was loyal to another workshop for many years, but was never really happy with the fluctuation in initial quoted price to the inflated final bill.
A1 Clutches I can highly recommend for service delivery, honesty and price absolutely brilliant.

Last night I call A1 Clutches to get my clutch looked at, 8am this morning I dropped it off….Staff are so friendly, they rang me mid way to update me that the clutch did need changing by 11:30 my car was ready to pick up, fantastic service my car will not be going anywhere else in the future….thank you A1 Clutches
They are just brilliant- my old car had loads of problems and they did not give up on it. Fixed it brilliantly and were polite and cheerful throughout. Can not thank them enough.

I went to A1 Clutches in Derby after having an emergency late on a Friday afternoon. They were really helpful and looked at the car straight away. They supplied and fitted a clutch kit and CSC. It was done by Monday mid-morning with no fuss and they communicated with me along the way. They apologised for not getting it done Saturday but I thought they were super quick getting it done by Monday. I would highly recommend A1.

Very helpful and friendly. I have a 15 year old Picanto - it was getting tough to change gears at times - I thought it was the gearbox - took it in the A1 Clutches - they said probably needs a new clutch, gearbox has life in it still. With new clutch installed the car drives so much better. One very happy driver :)
The clutch was slipping on my Yaris so I decided it was best to get it fixed before I got stranded . I was recommended this company by JB Transport (Jacksdale) so booked it in and got a slot for 2 days later. The service was excellent and Tony the manager communicated very well.I arrived at 8 am and got a call at 1 pm from Tony saying the car was ready. The car drives like new and my worries are gone.What more can I say ? !!

I got changed clutch and flywheel of my Audi A3 from A1 clutches Tipton. I would recommend them to all. They are the best. They gave me same day appointment and changed clutch and flywheel in 4 hours. They provided me courtesy car as well. Simran gave me best customer service.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Staff were courteous , honest and polite at all times. I was sent a video detailing the works and quoted a very reasonable price. I have collected the vehicle and driven and it’s like driving a new car! If I could give more stars I would absolutely brilliant would recommend 100 percent to any customers with vehicle issues.
