I dont usually leave reviews but I am writing this regarding my experience with Steve and the lads but i took my car down to steve for a check and he immediately diagnosed the problem and it turned out to be dmf csc and clutch the lads had my car done within a few hours dropped it off at 7:30am was back by 12:20 all done the lads even cable tied water pipes and put missing bolts back in overall thanks lads excellent service highly reccommend

I had been having problems with my clutch for a while which resulted in my car not starting, and breakdown having to recover me. Contacted a1 clutches, was initially worried that i might be fobed as a women and told i needed things doing to car that was not nessasary.

First class service from beginning to end. Lady on reception Kelly was very knowledgable, and put me at ease as was stressed as i rely on my car for work. I was given a courtesy car at 8.30am in morning and had a phone call at 1pm to say car was fixed.

My car is running like new. Very happy customer.

I went to A1 Clutches in Derby after having an emergency late on a Friday afternoon. They were really helpful and looked at the car straight away. They supplied and fitted a clutch kit and CSC. It was done by Monday mid-morning with no fuss and they communicated with me along the way. They apologised for not getting it done Saturday but I thought they were super quick getting it done by Monday. I would highly recommend A1.

Very helpful and friendly. I have a 15 year old Picanto - it was getting tough to change gears at times - I thought it was the gearbox - took it in the A1 Clutches - they said probably needs a new clutch, gearbox has life in it still. With new clutch installed the car drives so much better. One very happy driver :)

The clutch was slipping on my Yaris so I decided it was best to get it fixed before I got stranded . I was recommended this company by JB Transport (Jacksdale) so booked it in and got a slot for 2 days later. The service was excellent and Tony the manager communicated very well.I arrived at 8 am and got a call at 1 pm from Tony saying the car was ready. The car drives like new and my worries are gone.What more can I say ? !!
