We were recommended to A1 Clutches last year when the clutch on our security van needed replacing. They did a great job. A few weeks later the brakes needed replacing on another of our vehicles, again they did a great job and managed to get the vehicle in within a couple of hours. We have now made A1 Clutches our preferred supplier. The guys are great and the prices are very reasonable. I had a new clutch fitted on 20/07/17 on my Toyota Corolla Verso at the Derby branch, with a 2 year warranty. I went back in September for the 1,000 mile check under warranty, I can say that on both occasions the service from the team was 1st class, the manager Tony Sunhill was very friendly and helpful and the price was very competetive

I took my car in soon after quote and decided to wait for the new clutch to be fitted. The staff were very friendly and service was excellent. I was promised my car would be ready in time for the school run to which it was. I was offered complementary drinks that I took advantage of whilst waiting. I would definitely recommend and use A1 Clutches again.
If I had to pick fault a better selection of magazines or a newspaper in the waiting area would benefit to pass the time away.

I went to A1 Clutches in Derby after having an emergency late on a Friday afternoon. They were really helpful and looked at the car straight away. They supplied and fitted a clutch kit and CSC. It was done by Monday mid-morning with no fuss and they communicated with me along the way. They apologised for not getting it done Saturday but I thought they were super quick getting it done by Monday. I would highly recommend A1.
I recently had my Peugeot 3008 semi-automatic repaired here after experiencing serious issues with gear engagement and drivability. Great experience and service provides by Steve and his staff over the past few days. My car had broken down and it was taken to A1 Clutches to replace the clutch. I was notified that the gearbox was also not working properly and it would be advisable to get this fixed soon. Very helpful and friendly. I have a 15 year old Picanto - it was getting tough to change gears at times - I thought it was the gearbox - took it in the A1 Clutches - they said probably needs a new clutch, gearbox has life in it still. With new clutch installed the car drives so much better. One very happy driver :)
The clutch was slipping on my Yaris so I decided it was best to get it fixed before I got stranded . I was recommended this company by JB Transport (Jacksdale) so booked it in and got a slot for 2 days later. The service was excellent and Tony the manager communicated very well.I arrived at 8 am and got a call at 1 pm from Tony saying the car was ready. The car drives like new and my worries are gone.What more can I say ? !!

I got changed clutch and flywheel of my Audi A3 from A1 clutches Tipton. I would recommend them to all. They are the best. They gave me same day appointment and changed clutch and flywheel in 4 hours. They provided me courtesy car as well. Simran gave me best customer service.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Staff were courteous , honest and polite at all times. I was sent a video detailing the works and quoted a very reasonable price. I have collected the vehicle and driven and it’s like driving a new car! If I could give more stars I would absolutely brilliant would recommend 100 percent to any customers with vehicle issues.
