Brought my car with my partner to have my clutch looked at. The mechanic took a quick look at the car, we were told to bring it in within the next 2days. The guys where very, very helpful, informative and friendly when we picked the car back up.
The receptionist was welcoming and was very helpful in finding out any information we asked also offering us a drink has it was cold and snowing.
We are happy with the work carried out and would gladly recommend this company to anyone needing any car work done.

Would like to thank A1 Clutches for making my car feel like a car again. After having problems with clutch flywheel and gearbox I was going to give up on the car thinking this was just gonna be scrapped but talking to Kelly at A1 Tipton big thanks for helping me out and sorting out the car great work guys
Brilliant work done again, in the past my wife’s Aygo clutch was changed, now mine! Took it in at 08.30 done by 12.30 and shown how bad it was after 128K! The best price and warranty as always!

I went to A1 Clutches in Derby after having an emergency late on a Friday afternoon. They were really helpful and looked at the car straight away. They supplied and fitted a clutch kit and CSC. It was done by Monday mid-morning with no fuss and they communicated with me along the way. They apologised for not getting it done Saturday but I thought they were super quick getting it done by Monday. I would highly recommend A1.
I recently had my Peugeot 3008 semi-automatic repaired here after experiencing serious issues with gear engagement and drivability. Great experience and service provides by Steve and his staff over the past few days. My car had broken down and it was taken to A1 Clutches to replace the clutch. I was notified that the gearbox was also not working properly and it would be advisable to get this fixed soon. Very helpful and friendly. I have a 15 year old Picanto - it was getting tough to change gears at times - I thought it was the gearbox - took it in the A1 Clutches - they said probably needs a new clutch, gearbox has life in it still. With new clutch installed the car drives so much better. One very happy driver :)
The clutch was slipping on my Yaris so I decided it was best to get it fixed before I got stranded . I was recommended this company by JB Transport (Jacksdale) so booked it in and got a slot for 2 days later. The service was excellent and Tony the manager communicated very well.I arrived at 8 am and got a call at 1 pm from Tony saying the car was ready. The car drives like new and my worries are gone.What more can I say ? !!

I got changed clutch and flywheel of my Audi A3 from A1 clutches Tipton. I would recommend them to all. They are the best. They gave me same day appointment and changed clutch and flywheel in 4 hours. They provided me courtesy car as well. Simran gave me best customer service.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Staff were courteous , honest and polite at all times. I was sent a video detailing the works and quoted a very reasonable price. I have collected the vehicle and driven and it’s like driving a new car! If I could give more stars I would absolutely brilliant would recommend 100 percent to any customers with vehicle issues.

Toyota aygo semi automatic .. clutch replacement….
