Excellent Service

I was in desperate need for my clutch to be looked at and I contacted several other local companies and A1 were the only one who could after me at such notice. They asked me to pop into the garage straight away and took the vehicle for test drive. I dealt with a lovely gentleman called Steve who gave me a couple of ideas what the issue could be. He gave me two possible quotes which were very reasonable. I dropped the vehicle off at around 09:30 and he rang back after the diagnostic at midday and told me the issue which I went ahead with the work. Steve managed to get everything done for me by around 15:00.
This speedy service was excellent as he saved me so much time and convenience for me to have my car back over the weekend.
100% will recommend this company and will definitely be using these again.

Had a clutch repaired in Derby garage, extremely happy with the service, the garage also took care and resolved the missing locking wheel nut issue, excellent price, very friendly and helpful, definitely coming back again. Very grateful for the service received.

My van clutch started to play up in December my busiest time and totally without warning. I called Cannock and said i can drive it and was asked to bring it over asap, which i did, it was road tested and i was given a complete quote and being a Thursday didnt expect a Tuesday 0800am appointment.
Dropped off the van collected a courtesy car and left it with them. All ready to collect 1pm Wednesday and went back to work, by Thursday afternoon i was having trouble with the pedals and getting into gear, went straight over to Cannock only to find the hydraulics and seals behind the pedals had collapsed and needed replacing (a common fault on this model), this they sorted and after a test drive decided to replace the already new clutch for another new complete clutch. I was very pleased with the friendly manner, the speed in getting me back to work (self employed) and the quality of work a real pleasure to do business with such a great company.
I would not have any problem recommending A1 Clutches, yes i had an unforseen problem but i always judge a company on how well they deal with a problem when it arises and these guys made it all very simple and painless.

Very professional company and highly recommended. Booked my Nissan X-Trail in for a week after my holiday and they came and collected it on a transporter exactly as promised. Phone calls from them kept me informed of what work was being done and the price.
Three days later it was ready to be collected c/w new slave cylinder (which was the fault), new flywheel and clutch. Brilliant quick service.

Called the Cannock branch regarding a noisy gearbox, Manager Suki called back within 5 minutes with a detailed quotation. Booked van in on Tuesday and had it back fully repaired on Thursday, great communication and very professional would definitely recommend.
