Very helpful and good job done
I’ve used the Derby branch twice now and have never been disappointed, on both occasions they’ve been able to book my cars in for the following morning. After using them today for a new clutch on a vw polo tdi I realised these guys don’t mess around. Dropped the car off at 08.30 and received a call at 11am saying the car is ready (I thought something was wrong) because it took so little time. Only problem I did find was the airfilter pipe hadn’t been attached which I quickly did myself but I’m sure if I rang them they would’ve sorted it.
Booked me in for the next day and clutch was done within a few hours. Excellent warranty provided as long as you stick to the free checkups (why wouldn’t you?).
