I’ve used the Derby branch twice now and have never been disappointed, on both occasions they’ve been able to book my cars in for the following morning. After using them today for a new clutch on a vw polo tdi I realised these guys don’t mess around. Dropped the car off at 08.30 and received a call at 11am saying the car is ready (I thought something was wrong) because it took so little time. Only problem I did find was the airfilter pipe hadn’t been attached which I quickly did myself but I’m sure if I rang them they would’ve sorted it.

I went to A1 Clutches in Derby after having an emergency late on a Friday afternoon. They were really helpful and looked at the car straight away. They supplied and fitted a clutch kit and CSC. It was done by Monday mid-morning with no fuss and they communicated with me along the way. They apologised for not getting it done Saturday but I thought they were super quick getting it done by Monday. I would highly recommend A1.

I have a 15 year old Picanto - it was getting tough to change gears at times - I thought it was the gearbox - took it in the A1 Clutches - they said probably needs a new clutch, gearbox has life in it still. With new clutch installed the car drives so much better. One very happy driver :)

The clutch was slipping on my Yaris so I decided it was best to get it fixed before I got stranded . I was recommended this company by JB Transport (Jacksdale) so booked it in and got a slot for 2 days later. The service was excellent and Tony the manager communicated very well.I arrived at 8 am and got a call at 1 pm from Tony saying the car was ready. The car drives like new and my worries are gone.What more can I say ? !!
