I had initially used another so called transmission specialist who would always (6+ visits) fob me off and reset the error I was encountering with my transmission.

After visiting A1 Clutches I was extremely surprised that an organisation which genuinely strives to go beyond customer satisfaction actually exists in the auto trade. From the moment I walked in, I felt important. The Director himself engaged with me to understand the intermittent clutch issue I was experiencing with my car to ensure everything was done to identify the route cause.

I have worked across the EMEA region with fortune 500 organisations implementing customer service strategies and A1 have definitely surpassed my expectations. Having problems with engaging the gears in our Ford max, we contacted “A1 clutches” who advised that we take the car to their workshop for a diagnostic report. On arrival the receptionist was very polite and explained the procedure. After just 10 minutes the fault was found (master clutch cylinder was leaking). I was given the opinion to have the repair done there and then or I could have taken it to another garage. It was a no brainier, I got the job done by A1 clutches. Thank you guys for a painless experience. Spot on.

Very helpful and friendly. I have a 15 year old Picanto - it was getting tough to change gears at times - I thought it was the gearbox - took it in the A1 Clutches - they said probably needs a new clutch, gearbox has life in it still. With new clutch installed the car drives so much better. One very happy driver :)

The clutch was slipping on my Yaris so I decided it was best to get it fixed before I got stranded . I was recommended this company by JB Transport (Jacksdale) so booked it in and got a slot for 2 days later. The service was excellent and Tony the manager communicated very well.I arrived at 8 am and got a call at 1 pm from Tony saying the car was ready. The car drives like new and my worries are gone.What more can I say ? !!
