Better than excellent. I’ve had a few drama’s with my car but giving it to A1 was a great decision. Looked after me from start to finish and very reasonable on the price. They even helped me source a part externally where most places wouldn’t dream of doing that. Great customer service and after care. Would 100% recommend.

Clutch gone on Mokka booked in for 26th and was given video footage of my car showing that the clutch, flywheel and slave cylinder damaged. Work was carried out quickly on my car and I was able to pick up the next day 27th as I needed my car for work. The whole process was easily and clearly explained. My clutch went when visiting my son, in Wolverhampton,he told me to go to a1 clutches and they were amazing went above and beyond to get my car fixed kept me informed throughout and was very impressed. I went to A1 Clutches in Derby after having an emergency late on a Friday afternoon. They were really helpful and looked at the car straight away. They supplied and fitted a clutch kit and CSC. It was done by Monday mid-morning with no fuss and they communicated with me along the way. They apologised for not getting it done Saturday but I thought they were super quick getting it done by Monday. I would highly recommend A1.

Very helpful and friendly. I have a 15 year old Picanto - it was getting tough to change gears at times - I thought it was the gearbox - took it in the A1 Clutches - they said probably needs a new clutch, gearbox has life in it still. With new clutch installed the car drives so much better. One very happy driver :)

The clutch was slipping on my Yaris so I decided it was best to get it fixed before I got stranded . I was recommended this company by JB Transport (Jacksdale) so booked it in and got a slot for 2 days later. The service was excellent and Tony the manager communicated very well.I arrived at 8 am and got a call at 1 pm from Tony saying the car was ready. The car drives like new and my worries are gone.What more can I say ? !!
