A1 gave me one of the best services i have ever received from a garage. I am from London and was in Birmingham for the weekend when my car decided to act up.

I felt reassured and confident in the information they were giving me. I was even offered a courtesy car when told that my car may need more than originally anticipated.

The sound of a courtesy car was a god send as I was travelling with my 1 year old and panicking on how I was going to get home

I did not take down anyones names unfortunately but the main mechanic and the receptionist were the best!!!!!!!! Both knowledgeable and very genuine.

I felt well looked after. If I lived in Birmingham A1 would be my go to mechanic.

Excellent professional service was kept in the loop with a issue they had in accessing the gearbox which delayed the clutch replacement by a day I was told of this and apologised to for the delay as they did not want to rush and damage the car getting ceased parts off. Very impressed the setup in the workshop in Cannock looks very professional and clean and tidy throughout. I will definitely recommend.

Very helpful and friendly. I have a 15 year old Picanto - it was getting tough to change gears at times - I thought it was the gearbox - took it in the A1 Clutches - they said probably needs a new clutch, gearbox has life in it still. With new clutch installed the car drives so much better. One very happy driver :)

The clutch was slipping on my Yaris so I decided it was best to get it fixed before I got stranded . I was recommended this company by JB Transport (Jacksdale) so booked it in and got a slot for 2 days later. The service was excellent and Tony the manager communicated very well.I arrived at 8 am and got a call at 1 pm from Tony saying the car was ready. The car drives like new and my worries are gone.What more can I say ? !!
