After being told by the AA my 11 plate Ibiza needed a new clutch I called round a few places and received a quote from A1 clutches in Birmingham. With a competitive price and being able to fit within 48 hours I booked in.

After A1 having the car for the day and getting 4 engineers to test drive I received a call to say I definitely didn’t need a new clutch. Looks like I’d just overheated the day I called AA and I could come and collect. When I got there they didn’t even want any money for all the hassle I’d caused…

As a woman I dread going to garages for fear of being ripped off, A1 are now saved in my phone and I’ll be using and recommending them!!

Very helpful and friendly. I have a 15 year old Picanto - it was getting tough to change gears at times - I thought it was the gearbox - took it in the A1 Clutches - they said probably needs a new clutch, gearbox has life in it still. With new clutch installed the car drives so much better. One very happy driver :)

The clutch was slipping on my Yaris so I decided it was best to get it fixed before I got stranded . I was recommended this company by JB Transport (Jacksdale) so booked it in and got a slot for 2 days later. The service was excellent and Tony the manager communicated very well.I arrived at 8 am and got a call at 1 pm from Tony saying the car was ready. The car drives like new and my worries are gone.What more can I say ? !!
