Very happy with A1 clutches. I took my car in for a new clutch but it turned out there was another underlying issue. They talked me through exactly what work needed doing and were prompt in completing it. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We had a clutch problem on Sunday when going round west midlands safari park. We managed to get back home and had a look on the internet for local clutch specialists with good reviews and A1 clutches Cannock branch cane up, as this was only around 15 minutes away we decided that 1st thing Monday morning we would take the car down and see if we could get a diagnosis. Within 5 minutes we were told that the clutch was almost gone and needed repairing and gave us a quote of £425 to which we accepted as seemed reasonable we were told to leave the car which would be ready by around 5pm which is a really quick turnaround and great service. We got a phone call a couple of hours later we got a call to say the form arm had burnt out and would cost an extra £88+vat. Having since looked and phoned around for quotes I have to say the price charged was very competitive and the service was great. I would definitely recommend this place if you want great service and fast work done and a good price. Thank you to all the team and Darren and I think Christine on the desk for being so welcoming
I am struggling to put into words how amazing my experience was with A1-clutches in Cannock but will try my best. The lady in the office was helpful, professional and courteous both when I originally booked in my car for a clutch replacement and then again when I broke down and had the breakdown company deliver the car a day early (with me included and no way of getting home). They provided a courtesy car for me to use to get home and keep until the following day. Their price was the most competitive I could find and they completed the job swiftly. I can not praise them enough and would highly recommend.
On the way back from holiday we started experiencing problems with our clutch we were hestitent to take it into the garage as we needed it for our sons graduation the very next day we took it into our local A1 Garage (Tipton) were they confirmed we had a few issues with it we explained our situation Kelly the manager was only too happy to help she advised us that they would do everything they could to get our car back in time for our sons graduation and they did!! We took the car at 12pm on Tuesday I recieved a call at 9.30am the next day to advise that our car was ready for collection very pleased with the customer service, price / value for money
