My car had a serious clutch problem burning and slipping my own garage wanted a horrendous amount for replacement, and a week\’s wait so A1 stepped in with the same day replacement and a two thirds off the original price, The staff are very helpful and offer a quick service thanks A1.
The Guys at A1 clutches (Derby) were brilliant, they listened when i was explaining my problems with my car, understood what I wanted them to do and did it. Competitively priced and very quick service makes them a go to garage in the area, and I would, and have recommended them to other people.
Excellent service. Had a problem which I thought was clutch and/or gearbox and was looking for a specialist in this area of work. A1 Clutches (Birmingham branch) offered to test drive the car, and quickly assessed it as the clutch crumbling and said they could complete the work by the next day (In comparison, the car’s main dealer couldn’t even look at it for eight days!). The work was completed to schedule getting me back up and running quickly. The price charged was very reasonable and was exactly as quoted, with no extra add-ons which are all too common elsewhere. They even seem to have sorted out my seatbelt which kept twisting, for no extra charge! The car sounds so quiet now and runs so smoothly. Would definitely recommend and use again. Thanks.

I went to A1 Clutches in Derby after having an emergency late on a Friday afternoon. They were really helpful and looked at the car straight away. They supplied and fitted a clutch kit and CSC. It was done by Monday mid-morning with no fuss and they communicated with me along the way. They apologised for not getting it done Saturday but I thought they were super quick getting it done by Monday. I would highly recommend A1.
I recently had my Peugeot 3008 semi-automatic repaired here after experiencing serious issues with gear engagement and drivability. Great experience and service provides by Steve and his staff over the past few days. My car had broken down and it was taken to A1 Clutches to replace the clutch. I was notified that the gearbox was also not working properly and it would be advisable to get this fixed soon. Very helpful and friendly. I have a 15 year old Picanto - it was getting tough to change gears at times - I thought it was the gearbox - took it in the A1 Clutches - they said probably needs a new clutch, gearbox has life in it still. With new clutch installed the car drives so much better. One very happy driver :)
The clutch was slipping on my Yaris so I decided it was best to get it fixed before I got stranded . I was recommended this company by JB Transport (Jacksdale) so booked it in and got a slot for 2 days later. The service was excellent and Tony the manager communicated very well.I arrived at 8 am and got a call at 1 pm from Tony saying the car was ready. The car drives like new and my worries are gone.What more can I say ? !!

I got changed clutch and flywheel of my Audi A3 from A1 clutches Tipton. I would recommend them to all. They are the best. They gave me same day appointment and changed clutch and flywheel in 4 hours. They provided me courtesy car as well. Simran gave me best customer service.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Staff were courteous , honest and polite at all times. I was sent a video detailing the works and quoted a very reasonable price. I have collected the vehicle and driven and it’s like driving a new car! If I could give more stars I would absolutely brilliant would recommend 100 percent to any customers with vehicle issues.

Toyota aygo semi automatic .. clutch replacement….
