Really impressed with the service from A1 clutches Derby. Their communication of progress throughout the work was really very good, and it is very rare that you get this sort of service from garages these days. I had a clutch done on my Vauxhall Corsa D, I was hunting for prices and being quoted around £400-£600 for a clutch, I checked in with A1 Clutches and they quoted £250 or £299.99 with central space cylinder! I couldn’t believe how cheap they were compared to the rest! I was hesitant about the quality but I can’t fault it so far! Their warranty and service is absolutely spot on!

They literally go that extra mile and make you feel like your wish is their command! The staff were very friendly and the general manager at the Derby branch was very friendly and helpful, the lads in the garage are realisable and greet you nicely, the speed of service is unbeatable as it only took them 2 and a half hours to complete the job, they didn’t even leave my engine bay in a mess! The booking speed was also unbeatable as I rang at 9am and the car was up in the air and being done at 9:40am the same day! 100% 5 star service and quality! Excellent warranty and health checks too!

I went to A1 Clutches in Derby after having an emergency late on a Friday afternoon. They were really helpful and looked at the car straight away. They supplied and fitted a clutch kit and CSC. It was done by Monday mid-morning with no fuss and they communicated with me along the way. They apologised for not getting it done Saturday but I thought they were super quick getting it done by Monday. I would highly recommend A1.

Very helpful and friendly. I have a 15 year old Picanto - it was getting tough to change gears at times - I thought it was the gearbox - took it in the A1 Clutches - they said probably needs a new clutch, gearbox has life in it still. With new clutch installed the car drives so much better. One very happy driver :)

The clutch was slipping on my Yaris so I decided it was best to get it fixed before I got stranded . I was recommended this company by JB Transport (Jacksdale) so booked it in and got a slot for 2 days later. The service was excellent and Tony the manager communicated very well.I arrived at 8 am and got a call at 1 pm from Tony saying the car was ready. The car drives like new and my worries are gone.What more can I say ? !!
