Tricky job finished inside 2 days. Expensive job, but no more so than any other garage. Great, friendly customer service and superb after care.
Had the car serviced and MOT elsewhere, the outcome of which was a Fail and the other place did the items that failed car.
As for the advisory items a chose to use A1 Clutches to replace the brake discs and pads, as well as the rear coils and shock absorbers. Dropped the car off Tues morning at 8 am and had a free courtesy car. By 2:30/3 pm had a call the car was ready… What Quick Service that is and the staff were professional and courteous.
Will definitely recommend A1 Clutches to anyone, as their prices are very competitive to those are had from other garages.
I will definitely be bring my car back to them to do repairs if problems next time round with the MOT.

I went to A1 Clutches in Derby after having an emergency late on a Friday afternoon. They were really helpful and looked at the car straight away. They supplied and fitted a clutch kit and CSC. It was done by Monday mid-morning with no fuss and they communicated with me along the way. They apologised for not getting it done Saturday but I thought they were super quick getting it done by Monday. I would highly recommend A1.

Great experience and service provides by Steve and his staff over the past few days. My car had broken down and it was taken to A1 Clutches to replace the clutch. I was notified that the gearbox was also not working properly and it would be advisable to get this fixed soon. Very helpful and friendly. I have a 15 year old Picanto - it was getting tough to change gears at times - I thought it was the gearbox - took it in the A1 Clutches - they said probably needs a new clutch, gearbox has life in it still. With new clutch installed the car drives so much better. One very happy driver :)
The clutch was slipping on my Yaris so I decided it was best to get it fixed before I got stranded . I was recommended this company by JB Transport (Jacksdale) so booked it in and got a slot for 2 days later. The service was excellent and Tony the manager communicated very well.I arrived at 8 am and got a call at 1 pm from Tony saying the car was ready. I got changed clutch and flywheel of my Audi A3 from A1 clutches Tipton. I would recommend them to all. They are the best. They gave me same day appointment and changed clutch and flywheel in 4 hours. They provided me courtesy car as well. Simran gave me best customer service.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Staff were courteous , honest and polite at all times. I was sent a video detailing the works and quoted a very reasonable price. I have collected the vehicle and driven and it’s like driving a new car! If I could give more stars I would absolutely brilliant would recommend 100 percent to any customers with vehicle issues.
