Was a bit concerned initially, having to leave my car parked in the street outside the garage, but was later assured that clients cars are never left “outside” unsecured overnight. What a relief!! Had my Clutch and Flywheel replaced on my BMW, and so far, all is well. Many thanks Jason for a job well done and I am grateful too for the detailed explanation of the work completed and advice given about bringing the car back after a certain mileage for recheck at no cost. How good is that? Glad to have used this garage for the first time and will do so in the future. No hesitation in recommending, especially that the price charged was the most competitive of four other quotations.

I went to A1 Clutches in Derby after having an emergency late on a Friday afternoon. They were really helpful and looked at the car straight away. They supplied and fitted a clutch kit and CSC. It was done by Monday mid-morning with no fuss and they communicated with me along the way. They apologised for not getting it done Saturday but I thought they were super quick getting it done by Monday. I would highly recommend A1.
I recently had my Peugeot 3008 semi-automatic repaired here after experiencing serious issues with gear engagement and drivability. Very helpful and friendly. I have a 15 year old Picanto - it was getting tough to change gears at times - I thought it was the gearbox - took it in the A1 Clutches - they said probably needs a new clutch, gearbox has life in it still. With new clutch installed the car drives so much better. One very happy driver :)
The clutch was slipping on my Yaris so I decided it was best to get it fixed before I got stranded . I was recommended this company by JB Transport (Jacksdale) so booked it in and got a slot for 2 days later. The service was excellent and Tony the manager communicated very well.I arrived at 8 am and got a call at 1 pm from Tony saying the car was ready. The car drives like new and my worries are gone.What more can I say ? !!

I got changed clutch and flywheel of my Audi A3 from A1 clutches Tipton. I would recommend them to all. They are the best. They gave me same day appointment and changed clutch and flywheel in 4 hours. They provided me courtesy car as well. Simran gave me best customer service.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Staff were courteous , honest and polite at all times. I was sent a video detailing the works and quoted a very reasonable price. I have collected the vehicle and driven and it’s like driving a new car! If I could give more stars I would absolutely brilliant would recommend 100 percent to any customers with vehicle issues.
