I was a little late arriving and they initially told me that they had just started work on the afternoon job and I might have to be pushed into their pm slot. However they agreed that my lateness was beyond my control and decided to proceed in the am slot as originally agreed. Thank you for that it turned a fraught beginning to the day into a happy ending. Good professional service from the manager too.
