First class service

First class service, great welcome at the reception, Steve was fab. Full explanation on the clutch, flywheel etc…..went to these guys years back when they were based in Lombard Street when I received the same, fab service as today and a courtesy car, highly recommended. I made the journey from Leicester to A1 Clutches at Derby because they seemed like a reputable company and the manager Tony was polite and informative without being pushy.
The work was carried out promptly, and to a good standard and my vehicle was returned clean and in good order. I would not hesitate to use them again.

My vehicle went into A1 for an investigation and repair due to an intermittent knocking noise coming from the front left-hand side of the vehicle. I was pleasantly greeted by the receptionist in the morning, exchanged my car for a courtesy car, and was called later in the afternoon to say my vehicle was ready. I have used A1 previously and each time have found them to be consistent, with a great right first time / can-do attitude. I have also found they work efficiently without compromising the quality of work. Approx. 3 weeks on, and the issue has not returned. A great team at the Tipton Branch; many thanks to Amrik, the office staff and of course all the mechanics for their exceptional approach to customer service and resolving issues competently first time.
