A1 Clutches CEO Amrik Singh and close friend Anthony Joshua, MBE the current IBF heavyweight world champion in the Mercedes garage admiring the winners constructors trophy won at the Silverstone F1 Grand Prix by Lewis Hamilton on Sunday 10th July. Both keen F1 fans saw a great race won by Lewis in testing conditions which leaves him one point behind team mate Nico Rosberg in the years F1 drivers championship.

A real success story, Mr Singh explains that having been brought up in his parent’s business, he had an understanding of what it takes to run a successful concern from an early age.
He took his parents as his example and followed their advice to commit 110% effort all day every day.
Our first clutch centre was based on the Eclipse Industrial Estate, Tipton and from those humble beginnings and with a lot of hard work the business has expanded to its current four branches with plans to expand even further in the Midlands, Watford and London.
A1 Clutches were delighted to receive the Automotive Vehicle Employer of the Year Award 2014 at the Sandwell College Central Training Apprentice Awards Evening 2015 held at Friday, 30 January 2015 at Central Sixth – formerly known as The Public in West Bromwich
Sandwell College Principal Graham Pennington said the awards marked a celebration of the apprentices’ success.
He said: “I would also like to pay tribute to the employers as without them, our apprentices would not have been given these opportunities.”
